Ok, I bought one of these about a year ago

After a few uses (over a few months) it stopped working (no pressure produced with the stroke) so contacted the manufacturer in Germany and after a few months waiting they sent me a replacement. Was petty happy with this, but now that's gone too! Only used it about 4 times and this one seems like it's blocked somewhere. When you pump the pressure builds up no air comes out.
Before I go through trying to contact the manufacturers in Germany, again, does anyone know what might be wrong with it? Are there any things I can try, to fix it myself?
