Does anyone wear these tops? Do they really do what they claim and help with muscle support etc?
Anyone got any opinions?
I use a similar type of compression top and have found less arm ache for using it. Not sure why, maybe it just stops my fat bits wobbling around, maybe the blood flow thing works.
I think they do work, much cheaper to by them from Aldi though!

You could say that about numerous technologies.
I've been thinking about buying one of these for a friend, she has breast cancer and has been told by her oncology nurse that there is now a risk of Lymphatic edema due to having some nodes removed.
Will one of these skin tops help with the flow of lymphatic fluid?
