I once heard talk of some sweet singletrack down that way ("the longest singletrack I have ever ridden"), and it turns out I have a free day.
Could anyone point me to where I need to be looking so I can go have a sniff around? Thanks.
Park in the Bury Hill/ Whiteways car park just North of Arundel and then head into the woods behind. Certainly not the longest singletrack ever but some sweet stuff in there. Easiest if you have someone to show you around but if you're going there on a weekday there are plenty of strava segments to give you a clue where to look

Update - I spent about 3 hours bumbling around Whiteways yesterday and found a few nice trail, I don't doubt there are more. Thanks for the pointer.
Tip: start where eastern tip of the woods touch the SDW.
