Oh my God!!! I have to say I never knew there was such classicly brilliant moubtain trails in the south. This is like Lakeland riding around Ambleside but with Quantocks and surrey hills all rolled into one great ride! Just did the medium version (22 miles), and those hills are so sweet! Grippy granite all over the trails. I was in heaven, plus the blubells were out! So thick it was as if 1000's of smurfs had fallen from a great height into a field of blu-tak!
This ride is now on my best rides ever list!
Great I am planning this in a few weeks when down with my family.
We've been trying to tell everyone for years but no one would listen.

Horner Wood's a bit special mind. Wouldn't mind a day sessioning that place.
yeah. i never could be arsed to drive past the quantocks...
Wow.
Trailmonkey, some advice, stop trying to tell everyone, keep them to yourself...
Someone kept telling people about the Quantocks and now every weekend it looks like trail centre.
Sssshhhh now, nothing down here, nothing at all south of the M4..
