sorry, boring question this.
I visited the 2010 last year just for a look and there seemed to be no cars at the campsite. This year I'm thinking of taking the family, but with 2 kids sub 4 years old, it will be a bit tricky carting all the gear up from the bottom manually. So what's the deal re vehicle access?
Also, are spectators allowed to camp or just people with entries - as in, if I enter can 2 tents worth of people camp with me?

If it works the same as the last two years then you park your car at the bottom and they provide vehicles to carry your kit to the top for you.
Spectators can camp fine. We had various extra people with us last year and the year before.
What if your camping kit is a campervan? You sleeping in the car park?
