I like pictures of bikes so feel free to add them.
The weekly muddy night ride really took it's toll on my bike this winter so was thinking about frames that are easy to convert between gears and singlespeed. I know you can use a tensioner on most frames but that's just not as good.
What are the options? Slot dropouts, sliding dropout, eccentric BB, any others?

Slidy dropouts, disc mount moves with dropouts.
