i have a new Genesis Fortitude SS. I love it but the horizontal dropout slips. It's not QR, any suggestions for making to stay put?

File some of the paint off dropouts so the nut bolts can grip in combination with chain tugs this is a sure winner.

just had a go and there is a tensioner already in place, albeit it they only prevent movement towards the frame and the slipage had been away (causing wheel slignment problems, chain tension was OK).
let's wait and see.......
Seat stay mounted calipers can make wheels move backwards under sharp braking on the disc side.
Measure things and check what's moving.
It's moving backwards, not forwards?? Chain tug's not going to help then. You're going to have to tighten the nuts more. If you're bothered about the paint on the drop out I think you can get nuts with captive washers.
edit - I'd not considered Brant's reason that may happen, good point, but probably still cured with a bit less mechanical sympathy. 🙂
