I have converted a couple of vertical dropout frames to SS, and use 1 1\8" chains as they feel a bit tougher. However it means you need to get the chainline just right, how do people do this on singlespeeds usually as chainsets seem to vary?

And does anyone know where to buy some cassette spacers I can use to adjust the chainline on a converted wheel?

Thanks

Velo solo do nice anodised ones. Otherwise, just split up some old cassettes and use the spacers.

Just use normal cassette spacers to make up the spacers.

And 1/8th chains with 3/32nd chainrings/sprockets is the best way to create a litte "sliding" room if the chainline isn't perfect.
