[Closed] Singlespeed and snow = great fun

Out in the Pentlands yesterday and wondered if the singlespeed was going to be a hinderance in the snow but got on surprisingly well. Only had to get off and push a couple of times and one of those was to get up to the start of Black hill. Amazing what you can do if you pay attention to your line choice and apply the power carefully.

Yeah, I had no problems with grip on Saturday. I'm sure the Mud X helped, but as you say, careful power application probably helps more.

Cannock Chase was like concrete this morning. SS not an issue, just the frozen ruts that have been made in the mud. They tend to choose your line for you.

This afternoon.Speed is the key,you start to float a bit.And weight back and smoooooth power.
