[Closed] Single track site bike trails GPS download?

Im new to the world of mountain biking and just picked up Singletrack magazine. The routes that are available in the magazine and on this web site, are there GPS file downloads to program into my Garmin GPS device?

Some of them might be on http://www.bikely.com/ - a site where people can upload and share GPS routes.

AFAIK all the tracks on there are created by randoms off t'internet though, rather than the magazine staff.
