As the title really. 700c, disc-brake compatible wheel. Do such things exist to be bought off-the-peg?
I don't have the technical nous or the time to built one myself.

You mean screw-on? No idea. Plenty cassette wheels and SS kits about.

Just get a normall rear wheel and use a singlespeed kit on it.
