Anyone know where i can find them or a alternative, already tried SJS cycles with no success.

Harris Cyclery have them: http://www.sheldonbrown.com/harris/tools/touring.html
Though I think they might have a minimum order of $100 or something, so probably not much use unless you're buying other stuff from them.
