Absolutely superb customer service when dealing with my warranty issue.

Received the warranty item at 1pm tuesday....replacement was at my door 1pm today!

Hats off and thank you

Richie of Silverfish was very kind a few years back volunteering stuff for a charity ride I was doing, without even asking him for anything.

10/10 from me.....

Actually 9/10 as he didn't like Fat Bikes at the time.

Are you a Fat bike convert yet for the extra 1/10 Richie?

Richie is a bloody legend, sorted out a right issues I was having with a large online shop on a warranty issue (NOT CRC). Warranty parts arrived at the shop soon after I messaged Richie and they sent them swiftly out.

If it had not been for him I think I would still be waiting now, not through any fault of Silverfish but through total utter failure of the shop I bought them from.
