We're certainly not bust, that said, I've been out of the office since Friday so maybe they're saving that news as a little surprise for my return . . .

Hey Sancho - I've not received an email from you yet.
Obviously I'm unsure if that's because you've not sent it, spoken to someone else or still having issues?
In light of the fact that say you've already struggled I thought I'd check as all other emails are coming through fine.
