Which do you feel you can lean more on into a bend?
A road bike on the road or Mountain bike off road?

depends on the surface .....
marbles on either and ill not be leaning 😉
surely the question is - "which do you feel you can do cutties on the best" - born by my doing a cutty in the rain on my TT bike into the first corner at oops o shit speed ... ever seen a bum hole swallow a brooks b17 ?

Assuming no berms off-road and given a decent road surface it would be on-road for me

road bike. or mountain bike on a positive camber.
i *think* thats fact too... rather than my opinion. WAY more grip on dry tarmac than most off road surfaces.
