I've been offered one cheap but would ideally want to run the fork at 120mm. I know you can change the air shaft piston on the other models but I can't find anything about the World Cup model. Anyone with real world experience? I did ask ZyroFisher but so far no reply.

Nope, WC is 100mm only.
