I do know where the pic was taken it was meant to be 25%, and that's just before it kicks up. It is bloody steep, so low gear FTW. Also I think I placed 6th out of like 40 after 3 months off the bike, so was fairly pleased.

And I am sorry about the green kit/red bike combo, but it's out of my hands.

Sorry Realman you just didn't try hard enough, I mean I actually specced our club kit to match my bar tape.
