Anyone know if the showers work / exist.

I tried calling the number of the Glyncorrwg Ponds Visitor Centre, but got no answer.

Are there some at the other centre, the one further south by the Penhydd trail ? I recall there is a toilet block there, but not sure of what else is on offer.

I reckon this weekend could be a bit of a sweaty ride.

Did a few months back, Showers in the Afan site (the one near Penhydd) is pretty new and fairly decent as far as TC showers go, fine to get over a sweaty ride, not really up to spec to deal with several kilos of mud stuck to your legs in winter.

Don't know about Glyncorrwg but there are definitely showers at Afan as I used one on Saturday afternoon. A £1.50 token from the shop gets you five minutes of water.

The showers at Glyncorrwg are free! I'm not sure it's worth the 20min drive if you weren't already planning to visit though 😉

Excellent Cafe and arguably the tougher trails in Glyncorrwg.

Ah, thanks. Probably going to ride the Glyncorrwg trails so a free shower would be a winner.
