i'm the one wearing the yellow socks.

oh, as for 'what tyres in snow?' exactly the same as for everything else, just lower pressure.

Rich- Was a guy riding on the hill above to the right if youre riding from stepping stones to 7 springs, he said it was OK. I think hednesford hills side probably will have most, cannock side serpantly had more than stafford.

Just got back from a ride through Endcliffe, out to peaks. Very fun indeed, if not a little sketchy in places.

Not got my pics off the phone yet but was good fun up at Clent with Mick and Nige (bonesetter) above, had a first there as well as we overtook a guy on his skis on the way down to the car park, think this happened as we melted his retinas with 3 trillion lumens of LED light 😉

grumm - take a pint glass and some lemsip powders, honey and lemon juice. add hot water, but leave PLENTY of space for a large slug of whisky. that will help. the whisky stops you burning your lips btw, so the more the better.

any of these from Surrey - Leith, Holmbury or Pitch Hills?

I was thinking on getting out tonight, but it would be a let down if it was just mud 🙁

Yesterday lunchtime at the local sledging hill. It is steeper than it looks and was covered with hard packed icy snow.

Denbies vineyard at Dorking. We went walking lower down later at lunchtime, and there was some loon riding in *shorts*. Hope his knees are alright!
