Love that orange ranger! Didn't look as vibrant on the Transition website when I was buying - I gave up dropper post guides for the blue too

It looks better in the flesh, a bit more pearly. Dropper guides aren't a big deal imo, I wish they did 12mm rear though. Front view.

Got the frame and built it up yesterday. My 1st hardtail in a while and it feels sooooooo quick.

Lovely bike that Mildred. Is that the gritstone BFe? Thinking of a soul here and can't decide between black or orange. Have black Revs and thinking the black frame would go well with it. Any more photos?

Edit: what seat post and stem you got there?

Also got a newer AM bike, but haven't got round to uploading pics yet. Genuinely have been too busy riding it.

New-build issues now sorted and working as best it can without getting re-welded (to accommodate granny gear, which it really needs, and may get in time). Needs a proper shock, ebay, here I come.

My latest. Best bike I have had by far and a keeper. Now with forks at 120mm and longer stem (and a minion on the front) oh and a smaller disc.

but you get the idea

First proper ride today. Don't like the saddle (nicked it off one of my bmxs, it's not really suitable), and the bottle cage has the grip of death on bottles, I couldn't get my bottle out without stopping and using two hands (maybe I'm just weak). Luckily I have lots of domestiques to help me out.

Strictly speaking its not brand new, but it'll have to do.
Now running a coil shock out the back and better for it.

I'm surprised to see so many Transition Coverts here!
Sam that Orange Blood looks ace.

Here's my Covert.

[img] [/img]

I've had the frame and forks a couple of months, the shock about a month, need a new rear tire as Excavators are made from cheese and crap for tubeless!

Nice forks Mildred!

They certainly are - you were right, the medium spring is a bit better for my weight.

Edit: what seat post and stem you got there?

Yes It is the gritstone; looks very understated and stealthy in the flesh. The seatpost is a sunline v1, and the stem is a Pro FR in 50mm.
