What's wrong with aluminium frames?

Absolutely nowt if you have a good one, but mine's a shit (you get what you pay for) and is harsh as when on long rides. Steel will be more comfortable and it seemed better (not to mention cheaper) to reuse the frame I had.

I love mine Wallop. Yet to take it on a long ride as I've had a chest infection for over a month now 🙁

Have no problem with an ali frame, as said carbon, steel or ali the main thing is to get a good frame and good fit. Have done a fair few 100milers on it, Last Sunday just did the Phil Liggett sportive 94 miles with 2948m of climbing. Love that bike i do 🙂

I've not done any properly long rides, but it's defo comfy for a 55-miler. Enjoy 8)

Singular prototype with grumpy cat (clicky makey biggy). Sam pointed out that the bar angle was all wrong and I did fix it before the first ride!
