Just bought frame and other bits for a very good price locally now looking for a bit of build inspiration...
Intend running SS (garage spares...) with potentially 160 mm forks for knocking about in woods and winter duties. Would it be better with shorter forks?
It's horizontal drop out one.....
If it's a pre EBB then I wouldn't run it with 160 as it will throw the handling out. I ran mine with 140 Vans, 50mm stem and it was perfect.

It's a non ebb one, think 2006 model.
So, how does the funny brake mount work? Does it allow chain tension and perfect brake alignment when running SS?

(This evening I've swapped the Cube stem & wingbars for normal stem & risers, fitted SPDs and a 16T on the back)
went out on it earlier tonight,first ride in 10 days, loved it 😀
