I want to build a cheap as chips pub bike, I already have some wheels headset & stem just need the other bits decided on SS also, so for added inspiration plz show me your pub bikes.

Now with 2.25" Maxxis Adavantages and unnecessary front brake removed...

I think they should have stabilisers as a minimum...

but I guess, it depends on whether you're a shandy nancy or a proper slurper of ale.

BTW... I used to believe you could always ride a bike no matter how drunk you were. I busted this myth recently. According to the landlord, I thought riding side-saddle would help.

now with 32T chainring and inflated tyres..

Daiwoo(!) frame.. given to me by my mates mum after she received it as an unwanted gift from an admirer..
Fork shnuckled off a mate for a fiver..
Freebie crank off another mate for a pint..
£3 straight and true diamondback wheels from the tip..
Finishing kit from the shed..

I hear rumours that my OH is going to commandeer this beauty and build it into a lightweight baby blue girly machine for family trail center use..

Right time to start scrounging some bits!

I have pedals, stem, headset wheels, grips seatpost, seat.

Shopping list

mtb frame
cranks
chainring
singlespeed kitto convert hub
brakes or rear disc brake
fork
handlebars

Any offers appreciated 😳 plz.
