Argon CC/Rohloff

[IMG] [/IMG]
Helius CC

I've had these 2 for about 18 months and I still find myself standing there deciding which one to take out (I'm having this dilemma at this very moment for my lunchtime GT ride) - can't speak highly enough about them.

The Argon is a bit on the brutal side for such a light bike - but climbs well and feels great on the fast stuff - the Rohloff means that it will be my default choice over the winter I guess.

The Helius flatters my dodgy skillz quite nicely, is very confidence inspiring and I love how adaptable it is - especially with the Talas fork on there. In it's lowest travel settings front and rear, it's an ideal all-day XC bike and when it's in full-travel mode, it's spot on for Trail Centre stuff. Build comes in at 26.5lbs - so not a heavy beast in any way.

Nice bikes,

I agree wiht the comments on the Helius CC, they do flatter you and allow you to ride faster that you'd think on what is essentially a XC full bouncer.

Wonder if we could arrange a UK meet somewhere for all the Nic' owners out there?
