Morning All,
Feeling skinwall curious so lets have some skinwall tyre action going on.
In particular on a silver/raw frame but anything will do.
not mine, but one will be soon. 
White walls on raw chrome are cooler .

If you google “ 90’s mtb’s that time forgot “ you should find some tan wall tyre pictures.
But even then, everyone was moving to black wall tyres because they just looked better. I think even my Panaracer Smoke & Dart had black sidewalls....

My tyres are WTB Byways. 650 x 47
Mine were byways also but changed to Soma Cazadero which according to reviews were better for grip. I’ve went back to 700c so if you want them they are brand new for £40 posted

@stayhigh Mine are 700 45c Riddlers, pleased so far but haven't done too many miles yet. Not the easiest to set up tubeless, but that might have been just me 😐
I have some IRC redwall tyres from the 90s somewhere. They match nothing.
I built this up for my good lady, hence the saddle choice.
I may actually be a convert now.
The vast majority of the bikes above actually look really good with skin walls.👍
None of them look any better for having skinwalls…
Most look a lot worse as the skin walls clash and makes the bike look a bit busy unless it is a very understated bike. Some of the colourful frames look pretty bad but if OPs frame is silver with black parts they may get away with it.
Skinwalls are 32.47% better.
This is a science fact.
Newly arrived this week. First thing was to get the brake lines swapped over because left/front would kill me the first time I tried to brake.
It's snowing today so I haven't had chance to take it out yet, but I will soon!
