For those that are selling, what are your reasons?

For me ...had mine since late 05 fancied something new and different. Looked at the new spot but aesthetically didn't do it for me (I know shouldn't matter)

Have ordered something else with the DW system instead.

But as has been said so many times it is such a great bike, thought about re-building it again but no it's going.

Rich

Turnerfan - where did you get yours sprayed?

anotherdeadhero-I sent the frame back to Turner for respray, transfers, bushings, headbadge. All in all cost me £250 from Turner including postage back. This does not include postage there! So i think about £400 in end! Still not to bad!
Thanx Max

Argos would have been about half that! I toyed with the idea of getting mine sprayed tree frog green, a colour you would never meet on the trail.

Jebus! I'm still tempted to entrust our local powdercoaters and decal it back up myself then. Should be fine if I blank all the bushings up properly. £40 vs £400 😯

£400 quid?!

Christ! Mine was done by ABC in Nailsea for £25. I got it resprayed because the original turner paint job wasn't that great. New pivot bushes were £55.

You were most definately done.

Blinking flip Hadge, that's the most attractive bike I've seen in years.

I think of the carbon footprint of that £400 paint job 🙂
