The PP Shan I like the look of is out of stock in blue and they only have gloss black (with silver accents). While some black bikes look good this one I think is a bit... boring 🙁
As I have the colour/design sense of a dead camel and can't come up with any good ideas, inspire me with pictures of black bikes with other colours added to make them more interesting! Anodised components, enduroyellow wheels, stickers, whatever looks good and not too tacky.
Black & silver? I dunno...

Not really what you asked for but this is my PP Oka when it was built up. It's the 'classic' paint job, probably similar to what you're looking at. It was 26" then.
I did find it boring colour-wise and have since changed it for the Shan 917.

FARM5.STATICFLICKR.COM The joy of black is that any colour you like will work. Just be subtle with it, my Solaris is gunmetal with orange headset/bottom bracket/seatclamp/chainring, everything else is black.
My black and blue KM Ops. It doesn't leave me black and blue though as it very comfortable 😆

There is no legitimate reason to but a PP without an epic race team inspired paint job. And you know this inside, which is why you're struggling.
Wait for it, you'll regret it otherwise.

EP1.PINKBIKE.ORG But I totally agree with submarined on this one, don't buy a PP without an epic colour scheme, as every time you see another, you'll look at yours and it'll make you feel like you settled for the ugly sister....

Trouble with PP is that the fancy colour schemes are always limited edition.
I asked them when the blue Shan is coming back into stock and they said "NEVER. MUAHAHAHAAA" or at least it felt like that 🙁
It does seem like a good bike regardless of colour... maybe I could get it powdercoated or something... aargh

Parlee Z1 under construction, mainly black carbon everything but had the forks and seat post custom air brushed with some colour then clearcoated so you can still see the carbon weave underneath, very happy with the results.
Will a will have Vittoria Corsa G+ tans fitted soon also.

MOREDIRT.COM The rule is - frame and fork can be a colour, everything else black or silver. Otherwise you end up with something like hypnonewt's total taste bypass.
