I had a stupid over the bars on monday night which has resulted in a rotator cuff tear and a very very painful shoulder. Ive seen a physio and I'm doing the exercises, but I'm aware its gonna be weeks till I'm back on the bike, which has already got me down, but in the meantime to keep me positive I've started looking into shoulder brace options to help next time in the hope that it will protect this injury and wonder if any of you good folk have any advice through your experiences.
