Should I be lubing the pivot bearings on my Trance, or just leave well alone? If so, how do I get at them, and what do I try and squirt in there - oil, grease, something special?

They are sealed units so you shouldn't be able to squirt anything in there, you'll just cover the outside in lube.
Once they are worn you replace the whole bearing
