Yes,it looks like a bike that they might have ridden in "Dad's Army"... ๐
i'm old enough!
perfect for distributing/disposing of those hard to shift dismembered body parts
Sweetpea!
LOL - at least there is room in the bags for your powdered eggs !!!!
Strangely I have also been admiring tourers...getting older?
I have a rear rack and guards to fit on Wed..oh dea...
Hey you can breathe better without a rucksack and not on your back, cycle in the rain due to m'guards.
Nah-just common sense. -Who wants a sore back and a wet muddy backside after a ride?
Gary, you worry me.....
It will roll along for little effort, quite comfortably.
It will bump along tracks, fire roads, bridleways of the not-too-rocky variety and byways without any bother.
You won't get a wet arse or wet feet.
It has excellent lights with no battery-faffage.
It has a vast range of gears from really-quite-quick to wall-climbing.
It has a hugely comfortable saddle and position.
you can carry enough stuff for a week in B&Bs without having anything on your back or shoulders.
It will come in two parts to go on planes.
The only reason not to like that bike is if you only live for "extreme sport" mountainbiking. For people who like to ride bikes, out there somewhere, just for fun it has a huge number of advantages. If I could only have one bike I'd seriosuly consider something pretty much just like that. But I'm quite glad I'm allowed a couple.
