Hi

I've watch the video on shortening the brake hose on my Magura MT Sports but just checking if I can reuse the support sleeve/disc tube insert from the section that is being cut away or do I need to order new ones?

Thanks

The official answer will be always use new but I have reused Magura (and others) so long as they haven’t been damaged.

I've reused those before from several manufacturers. Carefully remove from the cut section to avoid damage (I tend to cut the pipe almost through along its length).

Excellent thanks! I'll trim the length then slice along the length of the trimmed section.

So did mine. If it came fitted to a complete bike though you may not get those parts.
