I have recently bought a Monarch Plus for my 5 spot which is 190 x 51mm.
Now i am about to test ride a Banshee Spitfire on Tuesday. They take a slightly larger shock size, 200 x 57mm.
At first i thought i would just sell the shock if i do go for the spitfire as it is nearly brand new but got to thinking that internally it may be possible to change the stroke size and shock length.
Can this be done, its not anything i have ever heard of TBH.

Yes you can, but its a mojo type job.
Probably better to get the right length / stroke rather than convert it.

Not worth changing from 190 to 200x57 as it would be quite a few parts and not very cheap, in region of £200 off the top of my head
