I'll send you a list of stuff that I want/need.

That should keep your urges under control for a while ๐Ÿ™‚

I intend to get there pretty soon as well. Just need to jiggle a few bits about and buy a couple of new bits and I'll have my two perfect (for me).

jedi, you forgot to mention that i could be spending it on getting better.

On a four hour skills course, how far do you actually ride

With my Cotoye Dual SS and DMR Trailstar, I too have no immediate biking needs.

However, I have recently found out that my wife has been colluding with her sister and brother-in-law for me to spend a week in Vancouver next May. Bit of North Shore and hopefully a day or two in Whistler. Best save up for the necessary bike hire. WOO-YAY!!!

I believe that there is an outfit called UK Bike Skills that I may contact later in the year for a birthday present to myself...

Do you want me to start tailing your wife to see who she's having an affair with?

However, I learned quite some time ago now, that I was happy with bikes that I wasn't supposed to be happy with. Cheap, uncool, unclassy, untrendy. It took me a while to understand that since they were fun and reliable, they were all that I needed. YMMV.

Just booked my second skiing holiday of the year, and now I'm thinking you are probably right.

pick your favourite bike, then build an identical one but with a different set of tyres to save having to change them when it rains?
