Need to change the lower bushing on my Super Deluxe. Don't want to change the geometry or owt. Any benefit in terms of longevity going for a brass bushing from the likes of offset bushings for a couple of quid more than a standard alloy one from rockshox?
Tftuned still do their Heavy duty shock bushes?
I bought a bunch a while back and they last forever compared to the shock ones.
I've been so impressed with the durability of the offset bushings from Bounce that I'll buy their non offset ones, when I need some more.
Cheers both. Look to be same thing but Bounce is £11 delivered vs £18 plus post from TF so Bounce it is!

Bounce have been good for me. Stainless steel pins, so should in theory, be harder wearing than softer metal pins. Whether that has any affect on the bearing surface (usually wears out first) of the two most common types of eyelet bushing (DU and Polymer), I don't know.
Never tried the ceramic bushed or needle bearings! Needles (can be expensive) are supposed to be better on high rotation linkage point/s (less friction) and ceramic are supposed to offer better wear resistance than DU AFAIK.
I’ve always found that Www.offsetshockbushings.com make good bushes (standard and offset) and they’re cheap as well which is a bonus. I’ve had Burgtec Ti ones before and they were no better but much more expensive.

I found the brass “offsetbushing” actually wore a bit in use. Current burgtec ones haven’t.
Was just wondering in to say this ^ bushes can be had for buttons, you don't need to change the hardware every time
