Can't you just use an o ring?

measure the diameter of the part labelled 'axle/pin' then go to a hardware shop or plumbers supplies and ask for a couple of O-rings that diameter, should only cost pennies!

erm yes but the o ring will be a lot more flexy whereas the seals here are fairly hard so the forces on the end of the shock would squish the o ring and soon render them useless..? or allow the shock/spacers to move and lead to premature wear..?
my shock is slightly pissed in the mounts so it hammers the seals double quick hence the need for hard wearing ones..
