It's all gone a bit mad now hasn't it? Lumi are going to have a look at my dead-as-a-doornail 3 year old battery, but I know you can't post it anymore. Anybody used a specific courier or is it just hope for the best?

My new lumicycle light arrived with UPS last week.

The package was all marked up to make it clear there were Li Ion batteries within - so they must have know what they were and been able to transport.

UPS or try Collectplus deliver to door (Yodel). Yodel is ok if it's a commercial address and the recipient is going to be in all day.

Ask Lumi who they use? L-ion - have one of those, also the much much older Lumi NiMh batteries and the halo lamps to go with them..

Use STW mail if anyone is going near by?

Mine are the Li-on ones. They use UPS but the parcel site we use says UPS won't carry them. Shall just book it direct on UPS site.. don't know anyone whose down that way sadly.
