Can anyone suggest a courier for shipping a frame to Austria?

Put frame in box, weigh and measure box. Use google and put dimensions / weight into comparison website. Cost will depend on volumetric weight.

I sent a bike to my Dad in the US a couple of weeks ago. U sed parcelHero who sent it FedEx. It was a fantastic service and went super easily

GLS from UK to Poland is ~30GBP with insurance up to ~750GBP if you use companies like parcelhero. Austria is even closer, so shouldn't be more expensive.
Just make sure that your package fits in the dimensions required by selected company. Everything else is super easy.
