Just sheared the axle on the rear wheel which is an XTR m975 unit but struggling to find a supplier of a replacement
I think the unit code is y3cn98040
I realise this is a long shot, but if anyone knows of one or can direct me towards a replacement.....

uk bike store are pretty good for shimano spares.
Are Madison still the Shimano importer?
Or what about your LBS.
I'd guess it would be special order.

Madison have one in stock so any retailer with a Madison account can order it. Madison part number is 3CN 9804 and as these are sent as a post free spare they don't have to make up a bigger order.
