I have a 12 speed shimano shifter that I had for over a year. This morning it suddenly developed an issue. The finger doesn’t do anything when pressed and the only way to go down the cassette is by pressing the thumb trigger to the second release position. It seems to also effect the up thumb trigger as the first part of the movement does nothing.
Has anyone experienced this? Any tips on sorting it before I pull the shifter apart?
