As a hope fan boy for the last 15 years I fancy giving Shimano XT brakes a go after reading lots of good reviews.
Are the M785 the correct model (2013) that everyone raves about?
CRC are knocking them out for £68.89 or something daft although after clicking the link all the decent ones are £89.99 and the only one that is £68.89 is the solver model with white houses. Still tempted though.

It have slx m666. Have been told there is no noticeable performance difference with xt. Very very good, replaceable parts and super reliable.

Do it! Vastly better than my tech M4 and mono minis. (XT are better than XTR too)
