Hey all
I am running SRAM GX at the moment but have seen some secondhand wheels I may buy that have a Shimano free hub. If I was to just buy a Shimano cassette for the free hub would everything else just work around it?

If 12 speed, you can get a SRAM NX cassette which fits on standard shimano freehub. Depending on what hubs they are, you may be able to convert to an XD driver and use your existing cassette.
