Does anyone know where you can get replacements for the inner securing plate, the one with two pairs of retaining threaded holes, the cleat screws have seized in them

Don't know where you'd get new ones but i'm sure if you put an ad in the wanted section somebody would cannabalize an old knackered pair for you? Worth a try?

The Shimano part number for them is 40N 0100 and they retail at £3.49 each. Any good bike shop can order them for you from Madison.
Having said that I have a pair in my desk drawer doing nothing. Buy me a pint?
