[Closed] Shimano plug and play?

Hi,

New brakes just arrived yesterday, very quick, R2 being top notch yet again.

However I was a bit surprised once I opened the boxes.

Haven't seen anything like that in flesh before, all Shimano brakes came to me fully plugged and ready to go.
This time they looked like below:

Is that something like plug and play system or Sram's connectamajig? Or I will still need full bleeding procedure?

You'll normally manage without a bleed (like 99% of the time). Just be quick and smooth and don't squeeze the lever once you've started. Best done on the bike as it holds everything in ace for you.

yup, ive put new zees on, shortened the hoses and fitted the spare insert? (frogotton its name) and not had to bleed
