Can they be bought seperately? I am guessing not but I managed to source the seperator untit and it's pointless changing that and not the diaphragm.
Shame that Shimano want us to just buy whole new units because when you take them apart they are ridiculously simple and easy to fit new bits to.

I assume you mean the black rubber but underneath the master cylinder cap?
If so, drop me an email to gdhurst2001@yahoo.co.uk. I'm sure I have a few old lever assemblies lying around so can send you one no worries
