Just about to order a pair of M162's but not sure about sizing. Should I go up a size as so many posts state for Shimano shoes or what? Also if anyone has any comments, good or bad about the shoe I would like to here.

No experience with the M162's but I am normally a 45 uk size and bought some shimano SPD's in euro size 47 because they were cheap in a sale, they fit perfectly don't think I would have fitted in a 46.
