Can anyone advise or post a picture on fitting the large Plateto a 6 bolt rotor. It is not clear on the instructions which way round it goes and the images I have seen on sites selling them have them round the opposite way to the obvious one

It is if you look at the 'rotation' arrows as they'd face the wrong way if you put it on back to front.
The circle goes to the back/wheel side and the writing on th edisk faces outwards towards the fork leg.

thisisnotaspoon I was talking about the wavy silver bit in the middle.It just looks wrong when put up against the recess
Ahhh, see what you mean now.
I lost mine and couldn't figure out what the point of it was so just put some washers under the bolts to be sure.
I fitted some this morning.
As I could tell the silver bit is recessed so only fits in one way and can only fit onto one side of the rotor, then simply lay the locking strips on top lining up the holes, put the screws in, tightened and fold over the edges of the locking tabs.
