My LBS has the shoes but doesn't have the oven to heat the insoles and they reckon you can do it at home.
Is this the case or should I find a shop that does have the oven?
Don't bother. Marketing gimmick in my eyes. I've had a couple of sets of heat mouldable insoles. One I moulded myself, the other was done by a "pro".
Made no difference. Both were shit. They don't work.
you can do it at home - i did my own m300s.
it certainly used to be the case that the mark up on the shoes was horrific to account for you moulding them so trade + vat was low. so at RRP id be wanting them Moulded as well .
So no oven no RRP from me. how ever they are blinking awesome shoes - so comfy
btw heat mouldable insoles are not heat mouldable shoes . marked difference and as you note one works well and the other does not.
