Just giving my road bike a clean and oil and noticed the BB is shot. Was going to say i'd not noticed riding but now I think about it i'd been blaming it on worn cleats.
Anyway, threaded, external cup BB. 68mm shell, marked as BC1.37x24 Road. I'm assuming it's probably a Tiagra.
However, Wiggle and CRC are both selling Ultegra 6800/105 5800 Hollowtech ii BB's cheaper than the Tiagra. Are they interchangeable?

Yes. However the Ultegra / 105 BBR60B is smaller externally than previous Hollowtech II bottom brackets. Packaged stock comes with a plastic adaptor so you can use your existing tool with it.
