I've just treated myself to some nice new shoes, M230s. My LBS got them in for me but does't know how to custom fit them, bit too high end for there normal stock.
I know they use heat to get them to mould to your feet, but is this something I could do myself at home? or do I really need to find somewhere that knows what they're doing?

You need to go to a custom fit dealer to have them fitted. Where are you in the country?

No instructions on baking them etc! Just how to fit cleats and replace studs.
I'm near Andover southish if anyone knows where I can get them done?
