i purchased 2 chainrings around xmas time and put them on in january..
(today i was just having new inner an outer cables installed and at the same time tying to understand why i have been getting chain lock.. and the chain jumping off the rings very occasionaly,,,the chain kept stopping in middle ring (locking up).... apparently my chainrings are worn out... only 5 months down the line.... around xmas i renewed the whole joblot mechanical wise....so all new...so how come my chainrings are worn ..? i seem to have somehow got a crappy set of chainrings...im baffled...i do lots of riding, but surely shimano shud have lasted longer than 5 months ????????
bahumbug.. 😕 apparently the middle ring hasnt been the correct size, its not sitting correctly ... so im hunting for a new middle ring at the mo....
wish i had purchased Raceface agin like i had on the bike originally..
